Delete your Prendi account
You can delete your Prendi account and its data at any time. This applies to every Prendi account, whether you signed up with an email address, with Google, or with Apple.
In the app
Open the app and delete your account yourself. This removes everything immediately — you do not need to contact us.
Settings → Delete account
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us and ask us to delete your account.
Send the request from the email address on your account. That is how we confirm the account is yours — we cannot act on a request sent from another address.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
If you have an active subscription, say so in the same email and we will cancel it, so you are not charged again.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold about you as a learner is removed:
- Your profile — name, email address, and sign-in details
- Your learning progress and level
- All your saved flashcards (words)
- Your subscription record (if applicable)
What we keep
Invoicing records for any payment you made. Portuguese tax law requires us to keep them for 10 years, and we cannot delete them earlier.
These records contain no learning data — only what an invoice has to show: who paid, how much, and when.
